What the service does

ActuallyBooked compares GHL Voice AI APPOINTMENT_BOOKING actions from a selected period with current calendar records. It identifies matched, unmatched, ambiguous, and unjoinable records under the checker’s documented rules.

What the service does not prove

A “no matching record” finding does not prove that GHL or an AI agent failed. A record may have been canceled or moved after creation. The audit does not verify the date or time requested by the caller, determine root cause, diagnose no-shows, or guarantee that a booking is commercially valid.

Access and responsibility

You create and control the read-only GHL token, run the checker on your own computer, and delete the token afterward. You are responsible for having authority to access the selected GHL location and for reviewing every finding before acting on it.

Pilot price and refund

The 30-day pilot audit is $99 per GHL location unless an invoice states otherwise. The fee is refundable if the audit cannot technically complete with the documented supported setup. A completed audit is not refundable solely because it finds no mismatch.

Agreement and seller

Requesting an audit does not itself create a paid agreement. By paying an invoice, you agree to these terms and the seller identity and contact details shown on that invoice. If an invoice conflicts with these terms, the invoice controls for that transaction.

Software license

For each downloaded pilot bundle, ActuallyBooked grants the recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to inspect and run the included source code for its own authorized GHL locations. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute the bundle without written permission.

Restrictions

The pilot is not offered for healthcare, dental, financial, or legal accounts. Do not send ActuallyBooked recordings, transcripts, names, phone numbers, patient information, payment-card information, or the detailed HTML report.

No production guarantee

This is an early pilot tool. Results depend on the records and fields returned by GHL at the time of the audit. Use the findings as an investigation list, not as the sole basis for customer, financial, legal, or operational action.
