What the free scan does

ActuallyBooked checks up to 30 days and 400 returned HighLevel Voice AI calls across three stages: explicit agent confirmation language, returned APPOINTMENT_BOOKING actions, and current calendar records in the comparison window. It reports aggregate counts and capped pseudonymous cases where that chain stops or cannot support one clear result.

What the findings do not prove

A historical text heuristic cannot prove what a caller intended or whether an appointment was commercially valid. “Claim, no action” means the scan found explicit confirmation language but HighLevel returned no booking action. It cannot detect a call that HighLevel did not return.

“No current match” does not prove that HighLevel or an AI agent failed. A record may have been moved, canceled, or fallen outside the scan window after creation. The scan does not verify the caller’s requested date or time, determine root cause, diagnose no-shows, or guarantee booking outcomes.

Access and your responsibility

You authorize the scopes shown on HighLevel’s OAuth screen and confirm that you have authority to access the selected sub-account. The scan requests read-only Voice AI and calendar-event access plus HighLevel’s app-install token scopes. It does not request permission to create, move, cancel, or edit appointments.

Early-access limits

This is an early product and may be unavailable, incomplete, rate-limited, or changed without notice. Results depend on the records and fields HighLevel returns at scan time. Treat every finding as a lead for human review, not as the sole basis for customer, financial, legal, staffing, or operational action.

Planned monitoring

A $49/month agency monitoring starter for up to five locations is a planned, unvalidated concept and is not open for payment. Requesting updates by email does not reserve a place, create a purchase, or guarantee that the service will launch. Separate commercial terms will be presented before any paid service is offered.

Restrictions

ActuallyBooked is not offered for healthcare, dental, financial, or legal accounts while its privacy and compliance program is still being built. Do not connect an excluded account or send recordings, transcripts, names, phone numbers, patient information, payment-card information, raw exports, or other sensitive content to ActuallyBooked by email.
